- Develop position description and profile for an ideal candidate: responsibilities, expected results, key performance indicators, experience, expertise, job-related personal characteristics
- Assess relevant industries to identify target companies—review results with client to establish optimum scope and to avoid conflicts of interest
- Develop organizational structure of target companies to identify talent base
- Conduct telephone screening and personal interviews
- Present client with top candidates and refine search process as needed following initial client interviews
- Support client in compensation negotiations and reference checking
